Uh oh

Have you ever had one of those weeks where you can't get enough of a certain food? First yogurt, then cheese sticks, fruit snacks...well, this past week I've been practically obsessed with no-bake cookies. No idea why. I'd like to blame and thank my former roomie Emily for introducing them to me.


I love it because you can adjust how big of a batch to make, and it will do the math for you, although I usually double the peanut butter.

And when you turn pro, making 'em takes about 4 minutes. Sure, they take up room in the freezer, but at the rate I'm going through them, that's not a problem.

    My roommates and I LOVED no bakes in college, in fact they never made it to the freezer. They actually never made it out of the pan, we would finish making them and everyone would take a spoon and we would eat out of the pan. Good times. BTW, I'm Thane's cousin, just so you know you don't have some crazy stalking fanatic reminiscing about no bakes with you :)
